Hello, my name is Dionne and I have been crafting for a very long time. As a very young child my mother tried to teach me to knit, it was a disaster. However, it must have sparked an interest in making things and, partly to prove that I was not totally useless and partly because I really wanted to make things, I taught myself to crochet. Over the years I have developed a love of cross stitch and all types of paper craft ..... I eventually even taught myself to knit.

I am married to a very understanding man, thank goodness, because I spend all my time either crafting, thinking about crafting or talking about crafting. I am hopeless at housework and dinner is often late!

Thank you for visiting my blog.

Plum Pudding

I hope that your weekend is off to a good start?

Today my Advent Countdown Tag Book is advertising Mrs Cratchit's Plum Pudding Flavoring.  I am not a fan of Christmas pudding, I find it far too rich.

The Advent masks today also have a very rich look about them.  Made in a gorgeous Christmas red colour fabric with gold lettering

Last night our little Daisy went fishing with her good friend Tigger.

I wonder how many they caught?

Looks like Coco and her boyfriend Louis are trying their hand at tabletop snooker.

Coco seems very relaxed, quietly waiting for her turn .....

Which may be some time because Hurricane Louis seems to have hit his stride!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

  1. Look at the tiny snooker table, unbelievably cute as are those fish! Very sumptuous and regal. I keep forgetting to say how much I love the little easel and different characters that appear alongside your masks, a lovely touch.xxx

    1. Ha ha, I really did not think that anyone would spot those little wooden ornaments. They are so tiny but cute, I attached them as decorartions to the Advent presents.

I too am loving all of the activities the elves have been getting up to, who knew that there were so many minitature games out there.

      Dionne xxx
