Hello, my name is Dionne and I have been crafting for a very long time. As a very young child my mother tried to teach me to knit, it was a disaster. However, it must have sparked an interest in making things and, partly to prove that I was not totally useless and partly because I really wanted to make things, I taught myself to crochet. Over the years I have developed a love of cross stitch and all types of paper craft ..... I eventually even taught myself to knit.


I am married to a very understanding man, thank goodness, because I spend all my time either crafting, thinking about crafting or talking about crafting. I am hopeless at housework and dinner is often late!

Mistletoe Potion

I think the message from my Advent Countdown is an advert for a love potion, what do you think?  Mistletoe Potion - Kisses Guaranteed!


A quick peek into the Advent bags - this morning they contain snowy Christmas Trees on a red background.


We have another candied shot of Arlen on his Holiday, today he is caught riding a flamingo in the fish tank.  He is a naughty elf, no wonder Rowena wants nothing to do with him.


Has someone burgled Daisy's home?


Oh no, it looks like the burglar is Daisy!


Looks like it has been a busy night for Louis and Coco, they have been bowling ....


Looks like Coco is keep the score ...


Louis seems to have a good technique, just look at him down on one knee.


Although he has not got a stike.

    I'm sorry to be repetitive but I LOVE that fabric! The flamingo riding elf is the stuff dreams are made of. All these miniatures are great, and they really do look as if they are enjoying their bowling - I hope they scored a turkey 😁

      Naughty Arlen has gone quiet again, he can be so naughty though. I need to go check on what the others have been up tonight.
