Hello, my name is Dionne and I have been crafting for a very long time. As a very young child my mother tried to teach me to knit, it was a disaster. However, it must have sparked an interest in making things and, partly to prove that I was not totally useless and partly because I really wanted to make things, I taught myself to crochet. Over the years I have developed a love of cross stitch and all types of paper craft ..... I eventually even taught myself to knit.


I am married to a very understanding man, thank goodness, because I spend all my time either crafting, thinking about crafting or talking about crafting. I am hopeless at housework and dinner is often late!

A Bit of Christmas Bling

No cards today, instead I have a Christmas outfit for one of my Knitable Teddies to share with you.  I say my teddies, but that is only in the sense that I knitted them, they have gone off to their forever home now.

The multi coloured yarn is also very sparkly, which gives the outfit a very jolly look. 


Here is a bit of a close up ......



Oh my goodness, last night the elves Louis and Coco arrived riding dinosaurs.  In fact, there was a heard of them and they like to live dangerously ..... they ate the cats dinner!


and I understand that the cat really was not amused.


But would you want to tackle a heard of dinosaurs

    Love the festive sparkly outfit -love the entrance on the dinosaurs and no wonder the cat was upset lol

      Apparently the cat was quite distressed to find the dinosaurs gathered around her breakfast bowl. Obviously she also believes in the magic of Christmas.

    That's a stunning Christmas outfit. The wool is perfect, with the sparkle being the icing on the cake. That snowflake is awesome.Coco and Louis look very regal riding in on dinosaurs. xxx
