Welcome

Hello, my name is Dionne and I have been crafting for a very long time. As a very young child my mother tried to teach me to knit, it was a disaster. However, it must have sparked an interest in making things and, partly to prove that I was not totally useless and partly because I really wanted to make things, I taught myself to crochet. Over the years I have developed a love of cross stitch and all types of paper craft ..... I eventually even taught myself to knit.

I am married to a very understanding man, thank goodness, because I spend all my time either crafting, thinking about crafting or talking about crafting. I am hopeless at housework and dinner is often late!

Thank you for visiting my blog.

Chicks and Swans and Geese

I am back with a few more Christmas cards and, of course, an update on those elves.

As regular visitors will know, all of my Christmas cards this year have been made from Hunkydory Crafts kits.  All of the images are die-cut and just need popping out and placed on the matching backing cards.  So easy.

It's Elf Watch time, what have Daisy and Danny been up to?

Oww, someone has set up surveillance cameras, where can they be?  I wonder if thay are trying to catch the elves moving about?

We are back with Daisy and Danny the following night, let's see what they are doing.

It looks like Daisy and Danny have been trying to make it snow ...

No snow,

Snow!

Ha ha.  I shall be back tomorrow with the last of my Christmas Cards.  Have a good day.

    1. I really liked the swan and geese set of toppers, they are probably my favourite set of cards from this years stash.

I too use to make snowflakes - long after I left school I can remember putting them up at the office.

    1. Very clever snowy link, I wish I had thought of it.

We are almost at the end of the elves for this year, I am going to miss them.

Are you ready fr the Big Day? I am terribly behind with everything.
