Hello, my name is Dionne and I have been crafting for a very long time. As a very young child my mother tried to teach me to knit, it was a disaster. However, it must have sparked an interest in making things and, partly to prove that I was not totally useless and partly because I really wanted to make things, I taught myself to crochet. Over the years I have developed a love of cross stitch and all types of paper craft ..... I eventually even taught myself to knit.

I am married to a very understanding man, thank goodness, because I spend all my time either crafting, thinking about crafting or talking about crafting. I am hopeless at housework and dinner is often late!

Thank you for visiting my blog.

Cooking up some Fun

Last night Ryan and Lucy's elves found the kitchen and cooked up a storm.

They baked a special breakfast for them, pancakes all round

and it looks like they made also pancakes for themselves.

Pancakes with Smarties, no wonder this has been Ryan's favourite morning so far.

Just look at those tiny cooking pots and utensils.

I think Louis has eaten his fill!

Later they hit the town and boogied the rest of the night away.

I wonder what these two will get up to tonight.

  1. That pair seem to be incredibly busy and they look particularly pleased and Happy in their fabulous Christmas jumpers. X

    1. I think they are turning out to be a very cheeky pair. I wonder how mucky they got their new clothes whilst working in the kitchen. I know I always get covered in flour when I am making pancakes.

  2. Brilliant love it-we have grandaughters staying all this week and they have a little pot of magic dust (gold glamour dust)for the Elf

    1. Oww, I must mention that to my niece, I could supply the magic dust if she needs it.

      Thanks you for the idea.
