Hello, my name is Dionne and I have been crafting for a very long time. As a very young child my mother tried to teach me to knit, it was a disaster. However, it must have sparked an interest in making things and, partly to prove that I was not totally useless and partly because I really wanted to make things, I taught myself to crochet. Over the years I have developed a love of cross stitch and all types of paper craft ..... I eventually even taught myself to knit.

I am married to a very understanding man, thank goodness, because I spend all my time either crafting, thinking about crafting or talking about crafting. I am hopeless at housework and dinner is often late!

Thank you for visiting my blog.

Boxing Day Bash - Day 26

I hope you had a wonderful day yesterday and got to spend it exactly how you prefer to celebrate Christmas Day.  Hubby and I had a very quiet day, lots of fabulous presents and far too much food.

Daisy Rabbit is modelling another new dress today.  This pattern is another of Julie Williams designs, this one is called 'Falling Snowflakes'.  It is one of the dresses from her Seasonal Dresses leaflet, which is available from Ravelry.

I hope you have another fabulous day.

  1. Love that smoky blue background with the pretty falling snow. We missed the snow drama in this part of the country so very happy to enjoy this lovely outfit. X

    1. I agree that is a really pretty blue but is sad that you cannot get twinkly yarn in 4 ply cotton, that would have looked great with the snowflakes.

I hope you are having a great holiday.

      Dionne xx
