The current challenge at
Crafty Boots Challenges is 'Use a Sentiment'. I almost always pop a sentiment onto my cards so I do not think it is not difficult to make a qualifying card.
I decided to use up some of the scraps laying around my craft table. It is amazing how they pile up and like most crafters I hate to throw anything away.
This daisy stamp is by Sheena Douglas, I used Promarkers to colour it, then I mounted it on silver mirri and purple card. I am not sure why I cut the image in three, I was looking for something a bit different.
I cut the leaves from some green glitter card and the fabric daisies are from Wild Orchid Crafts. I cannot say what the papers are but the sentiment is by Craftwork Cards.
A beautiful design. Love the mosaic tile effect on the flowers.

Thank you so much Desire, I really was not sure about cutting my image, it was a leap of faith.
DeleteWhat a beautiful card Dionne and a brilliant layout! Love your flower separated onto the three skewed panels, so unique and really an eye catching bit! Love it! hugs :)
ReplyDeleteHi Pamellia. I do not know about brilliant layout it was really stressful putting my image through the trimmer. I thought you would all think I had lost the plot.
