Welcome

Hello, my name is Dionne and I have been crafting for a very long time. As a very young child my mother tried to teach me to knit, it was a disaster. However, it must have sparked an interest in making things and, partly to prove that I was not totally useless and partly because I really wanted to make things, I taught myself to crochet. Over the years I have developed a love of cross stitch and all types of paper craft ..... I eventually even taught myself to knit.

I am married to a very understanding man, thank goodness, because I spend all my time either crafting, thinking about crafting or talking about crafting. I am hopeless at housework and dinner is often late!

Thank you for visiting my blog.

Filigree Christmas Tree

Regular visitors will know that I have been very late making my Christmas cards this year.  I have a few more to share with you today.

I am sure that you will recognise a lot of the elements in this cards, this is because I made them from the bits and bobs left over from the other cards I have made.

The tree  and bauble die are from Memory Box and the festive words are Tim Holtz Alteration dies.

Just two more sleeps to go.

Merry Christmas.

  1. Another fabulous collection. You may have been late in making them but they were certainly worth it. I love the composition of the words with the tree to the side. Annoyingly, I have lost the "Christmas" die already - it will be there somewhere but I just need to uncover it!! xx

    1. Thank you. I had fun with this set because I was able to use p all those bits floating around on my craft table.

Those little word dies are rather difficult to keep in the packet, I kept finding min on the floor.
