Hello, my name is Dionne and I have been crafting for a very long time. As a very young child my mother tried to teach me to knit, it was a disaster. However, it must have sparked an interest in making things and, partly to prove that I was not totally useless and partly because I really wanted to make things, I taught myself to crochet. Over the years I have developed a love of cross stitch and all types of paper craft ..... I eventually even taught myself to knit.


I am married to a very understanding man, thank goodness, because I spend all my time either crafting, thinking about crafting or talking about crafting. I am hopeless at housework and dinner is often late!

Easter Bunny

Happy Easter Sunday.

I hope the Easter bunny left you at least one chocolate egg this morning.

Well, what a change in the weather.  Friday was a beautiful spring day, warm and sunny but yesterday was bitterly cold and windy and in the evening we had very heavy showers.  I wonder what today will bring?

 How are you planning to spend your day, relaxing at home?  Going to church?  Spending it with family?  Perhaps you are cooking a lovely lunch for 15 of your nearest and dearest?  I am being treated to lunch, lucky me!!


Today's card features an image called 'Easter Bunny' from Mo's Digital Pencil.  I coloured the image with Promarkers and Wink of Stella pens.  I then mounted it on silver mirri card and Night of Navy card from Stampin' Up.  The coordinated backing papers are also from Stampin' Up of course.  The bunny die is from a Cheery Lynn die.

Thank you for sticking with me through the seemingly endless posting saga, 15 cards posted in one week, it has been great fun and I hope you did not miss any.  I want to thank you for your supportive comments, I really appreciate each and every one.

      Happy Easter my dear friend. I treated myself to a couple of new images this year, this was one of them. Mo's designs are always a joy to colour.

      Last day of the Bank Holiday and it is hard to imagine the weather being worse, but that tends to be what happens on Bank Holidays. Hope you are having a lovely Easter.
