Welcome


Hello, my name is Dionne and I have been crafting for a very long time. As a very young child my mother tried to teach me to knit, it was a disaster. However, it must have sparked an interest in making things and, partly to prove that I was not totally useless and partly because I really wanted to make things, I taught myself to crochet. Over the years I have developed a love of cross stitch and all types of paper craft ..... I eventually even taught myself to knit.


I am married to a very understanding man, thank goodness, because I spend all my time either crafting, thinking about crafting or talking about crafting. I am hopeless at housework and dinner is often late!

First Christmas Girl



This sweet image of a little girl is called ' First Christmas Girl', it is from Mo's Digital Pencil.


I printed the image onto Crafty Boots Deluxe Crafter's Card and coloured it with Promarkers.  I then added Polar White Flower Soft to the stocking.

The pink polka dot backing paper is by Dovecraft and Christmas Tree one is from Polka Doodles Magical Winter CD.  The sentiment is from Papermania and the Christmas Tree die is a Memory Box one.  The 8 x 8 card blank also came from the Crafty Boots on-line store.

    I have just popped by quickly to look at your latest creations before my laptop is out of order completely. They are all gorgeous! Love them all. Loving all the papers, the images (beautifully coloured in as always) on all of your creations. Great finishing touches with other embellies too.
