Welcome


Hello, my name is Dionne and I have been crafting for a very long time. As a very young child my mother tried to teach me to knit, it was a disaster. However, it must have sparked an interest in making things and, partly to prove that I was not totally useless and partly because I really wanted to make things, I taught myself to crochet. Over the years I have developed a love of cross stitch and all types of paper craft ..... I eventually even taught myself to knit.


I am married to a very understanding man, thank goodness, because I spend all my time either crafting, thinking about crafting or talking about crafting. I am hopeless at housework and dinner is often late!

Shhhhh!

I have another baby card to share with you this morning.

You will recall that the current Crafty Boots Challenges theme is babies. This is another image from Mo's Digital Pencil, it is called New Baby.


The image is coloured with Promarkers and mounted on silver mirri card.  I then placed it on some butter muslin.  The paper is by DoveCraft and the ticket is a Tim Holtz one, which I stained with a contrasting ink, and the 'Congratulations' sentiment is by Kanban.

    ooooH ,now I wasnt sure about this image but seeing it here its fabulous , what a super card I have that backing paper in lilac and lemon its gorgeous , fabulous shape to well done Hugs Elaine
    I like the adore ticket, I see lots of different ones around and I must try and make some they look super.
