Hello, my name is Dionne and I have been crafting for a very long time. As a very young child my mother tried to teach me to knit, it was a disaster. However, it must have sparked an interest in making things and, partly to prove that I was not totally useless and partly because I really wanted to make things, I taught myself to crochet. Over the years I have developed a love of cross stitch and all types of paper craft ..... I eventually even taught myself to knit.


I am married to a very understanding man, thank goodness, because I spend all my time either crafting, thinking about crafting or talking about crafting. I am hopeless at housework and dinner is often late!

Pink Baby Fairy


Welcome to my blog and many thanks for taking the time to visit today.

This weekend we have been enjoying some lovely sunshine although there is still a chill in the air.  The swallows have been here a week or two now and are busy building nests but I have not seen the swifts yet this year.  Summer is on it's way at last.

I recently bought several baby fairy images from Mo's Digital Pencil and they have been delightful to colour.


I kept the design quite simple, the pink polka dot paper is from Dovecraft and the pink ribbon and gems are from my stash.  The sentiment is by Craftwork Cards and I used Promarkers to colour the image.

    This is so cute and I love your colouring (can I see glitter, or is that my imagination?). What's really funny is that I had literally just completed an order at Mo's Digital Pencil (Baby Fairy Bee of course!) and then your blog notification pinged into my inbox!! Hope you've not worked too hard over the weekend. xx
