A new challenge starts at Crafty Boots Challenges today and I am so excited about it because the theme of this challenge is 'Christmas in August', it was was chosen by the lovely, and very talented, Sandra.
After years and years of making my Christmas cards in August it all went horribly wrong last year and I found myself battling against the clock to get them made in time. I am determined this is not going to happen this year!
Last year I bought this stunning snowflake Bigz die from Stampin' Up but I did not use for my cards at the time. It makes short work of cutting through glitter card, and everyone knows how much I love a bit of glitter on my Christmas cards. I am also enjoying using my embossing folders.
LOVE this snowflake and it looks so fab with all that glitter!
ReplyDeleteI can't decide which of these is my favourite - love all the glitter. Can't wait to start using my snowflakes - perhaps our Christmas cards will be made before December this year?!!!
ReplyDeleteYour cards look fab, snowflake dies are a blessing aren't they?! I bought my first ones and shall be having a die cutting session soon! Take care Zo xx
ReplyDeleteI love glitter (at Christmas!) these are gorgeous cards - the snowflake die is lovely!
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful Dionne, and like you I prefer to make early and avoid a rush...in theory! Jx
ReplyDeleteBrilliant design, very sparkly
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for stopping by and commenting on my blog

I'm always amazed by what just a change of color can do to a card! These cards look totally different, even though the design and elements are the same! I love posts like these - very inspirational!
ReplyDeleteEach and every card is stunning. Love the different color combinations and all the wonderful sparkle!
