Hello, my name is Dionne and I have been crafting for a very long time. As a very young child my mother tried to teach me to knit, it was a disaster. However, it must have sparked an interest in making things and, partly to prove that I was not totally useless and partly because I really wanted to make things, I taught myself to crochet. Over the years I have developed a love of cross stitch and all types of paper craft ..... I eventually even taught myself to knit.

I am married to a very understanding man, thank goodness, because I spend all my time either crafting, thinking about crafting or talking about crafting. I am hopeless at housework and dinner is often late!

Thank you for visiting my blog.

More Thank You Cards

As you probably know, the current theme at Crafty Boots Challenges is 'Anything Goes'.  Last Monday I shared with you some Thank You cards I had made for my Design Team project.  Whilst I was making those cards I had an idea for another way of using the same card and stamps to get a different look.

As with the other thank you card, apart from the gold mirri card and blank cards, which are Craftwork Cards, all of the materials I used are by Stampin' Up.

I stamped the buttterfly in Whisper White and the card colours are:

Garden Green
Perfect Plum
Raspberry Ripple
Midnight Muse

Don't forget to pop over to the Crafty Boots Challenges website and enter your project.

  1. These are luscious - stunning! Did you use the full size Whisper White pad? I only ask as I have just bought one and it is quite wet so stamping can be a bit smudgy! xx

  2. gorgeous hun - love all the different colour ways - ty so much for the lovely comments on my blog xxx

  3. Your card is pretty that butterfly is a must have--- It is a card all by itself Have a great day.
