Some Christmas Cards at Last

If you follow this space you would have noticed that I have not posted any Christmas Cards yet, that is because I was very late in starting them this year.  However, they are now all in the post and I can make a start on sharing them with you.

You may recall that last year I purchased card kits from Hunkydory Crafts to make my Christmas cards.  This year I did much the same, only this time buying toppers with matching designer papers.  I added some scraps from my stash to come up with my own unique designs.

I thought it best to split the cards so as to not to make too long a post.  These cards have a highly reflective surface and I had to turn then away from the camera in order to avoid the glare of the flash, I apologise for the slight angle of the cards.

When I am pressed for time, like I have been this year, these cards are quick and easy but I think there is a lot of satifaction to be gained from hand colouring your own images,

Hopefully, back tomorrow with a few more cards.

  1. You are sure these are your quick and easy cards, because they look yvery detailed to me?! I love these, especially the ones with overlapping frames. The little deer is super cute, would love that on a top or as a dress print. Have you realised that I'll have everything as a dress?! Hoping to see some elf action later 😁

    1. Emm, not sure, but did you miss today's Elf Report? I posted it at 10 this morning.

I think the overlapping circles are meant to be decoupaged but I do them this way to save on the postage, having said that, rather like the overlapping circles look.

Mmm, I had worked that one out - well, either a dress or a jumper motif. Lol!
