I had a lot of fun making these but getting them to stay stuck in place can be a little tricky. I gave up on the red double-sided tape and used Glossy Accents in the end. Have you ever tried Glossy Accents as a glue? It is very strong and it does not warp the card but it can get a bit messy, be careful.
This is Angelica the Angel.
Who comes paired with Sage the Wiseman.
This is Noel the Nutcracker.
And he comes in the same pack as Evergreen the Elf.
I almost forgot to tell you that they have nodding heads ... just like the dogs!

Aren't these fun? I imagine they look great when they nod their heads. I think my favourite is the elf, he looks as if butter wouldn't melt! X
ReplyDeleteI find it too hard to pick a favourite, they are all fabulous and they make all sorts of other Box Pops. My only complaint was that, once they were made, they did not fit in the envelopes provided.

the box pops are brilliant love all the figures-i often use glossy accents as glue especially for buttons and gems

It's a great glue, isn't it? I have even stuck a little foot back onto my cooker lid with it and it is still holding fast. The advantage is that the lid is made of glass and Glossy Accents is clear, so you cannot see it.

PS Box Pops aren't very high, only about 5 or 6 inches.
