Letter S

Hi

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog, I really appreciate all of the comments I receive.

Today I wanted to show you another decorated MDF letter.


These letters are so simple to make and they make great gifts.  I purchased an 8 inch letter from Barry on ebay.  I gave it a coat of Gesso and, once that was dry, I painted it baby pink using acrylic paint.  I also purchased a bag of mixed pink buttons from ebay and used these to cover the painted letter.  Once everything was dry I cleaned any excess glue from the surface.

    Wonderful! I have always loved buttons - I have jars of them. One would think I would learn how to use them!

    This looks good enough to eat. There are some gorgeous buttons in there and I love that it's dotted with larger buttons. xx
