This pattern is one of my eBay purchases and there is no name on the pattern only the reference to 'Knitting Pattern 398'.
I have tried to take a few close-up photographs so you can see the stitches a little better. That little twisty cable one is my favourite.
I hope you have a great day.

A beautiful cardigan Dionne and I love cable pattern used that a lot when mine were little-have you tried just leaving the third needle at the back/front of work rather than trying to hold onto it?Just seen the candle pic on your side posts and been to have a look -it's absolutely brilliant and love the beautiful butterfly

Thank you. I also love cable knits and have quite a few patterns. I have tried leaving the third needle at the back of the work but the needle usually drops to the floor - perhaps my stitches are a bit loose. Mind you, it has been a while since I last tried, perhaps I should try again. I do hate being defeated!
DeleteI love putting images onto candles and it really is easy to do. The colour fades a little once there is a layer of wax over it, so you have to remember to use stronger colours. Also, I have to remind whoever I gift them to, to remove the lace or ribbon before burning the candle but there is no problem with burning the tissue paper.
Have a good week.

I have decorated candles before but used simple images but your butterfly is absolutely gorgeous-might have another try

Apologies, I should have known. At first I was worried that my Promarkers might run but, if I keep my touch light, it was fine. Good luck.

Such a beautiful pattern, perfectly done, of course, and so perfect in blue. Looks super cosy too.x
ReplyDeleteThank you. It is a very chunky design and, if it were in a big person size, I think we would wear it as an outdoor jacket.
DeleteI have now done this pattern in cream, lemon and pink but I think the blue may be my favourite.
