Today we have another outfit for my friend's adopted Elf on a Shelf. You saw the first of these outfits on Day 7, a red Scandinavian styled jumper.
This jumper is made of a few odds and ends I had of Double Knit yarn, the snowman image is of my own design but it is loosely based on Geraldine's Snowman jumper design. the 'matching' hat is made of 4 ply cotton.
My friend has sent me a few photographs of her cheeky elf wearing some of his new hats, would you like to see them?
I think he was very naughty the other evening when everyone was asleep!
That's it for now, have a great day.

Love all the new hats and fabulous little jumper with the snowman motif--my grandaughters have an elf here and hw made snow angels with my flour a couple of days ago!!!

I must confess that I really enjoy all of the naughty elf antics people think up. Every day friend has set up her tabeau and sends photos to her grandaughters. My favourite so far is drunk elf, but I think you could have guessed that.

I meant to thank you for the anniversay wishes--we don't go out any more as John was diagnosed with Alzhiemers and vascular dementia about 18 months ago and at the moment is not too well having all sorts of tests and scans--so quiet day was enjoyed

I am so sorry Carol, I hope I did not intrude with my anniversary comments. My mother had Alzheimer's and I remember all too well all of the tests and hospital visits and also how to enjoy the good days.
DeleteEnjoy the good days Carol.

ReplyDeleteAww, thank you, that is one of the nicest things anyone has said. I hoped everyone would enjoy seeing the 'hats in action'.
DeletePlease excuss me blowing my own trumpet but I am getting quite good at these little fairisle designs.
