Snow is fall, all around us. Little children having fun. The snow we had on Thursday was very short lived but this little dress is the perfect design for capturing those first flurries of snow, I love how the flakes are piling up along the floor.
The dress is made of 4 ply cotton. The pattern is one of Julie Williams Little Cotton Rabbits designs, it is rather practically called
Seasonal Dresses Supplement, Christmas. It is a free download on Ravelry.
I'll be back tomorrow with my cute model and another of her Advent dresses.

So sweet Dionne. I love the soft blue for a snowflake design, how perfectly frosty and icy! Very dainty and adorable! I can't believe you had snow already, I'm so jealous. We haven't had a single flake yet this year! hugs :)
ReplyDeleteThank you Pamellia. I have several favourites in this collection and this, as you may have gathered, is one of them. I too love that blue and white and the design.
DeleteOur snow was only a few flakes, I actually missed them but my sister told me that it tried twice. It has been very cold though and there are a lot of coughs and colds around.
Take care.

Now I thought red was her colour but she seems to suit blue very well too. Gorgeous design, love the drift beginning to build. Sadly I have ended up with another cold...not fair! X
ReplyDeleteMy sympathies I have had a cold, with a nasty chest infection, since Friday night. Not a happy bunny.
DeleteMany thanks for your comments.

Another cute dress! No snow here! We never get snow. Sometimes it will snow in March all randomly. Super cold today though!
ReplyDeleteIt turned very cold here last week but it has warmed again now, I did not need a coat when I was out and about today.
