Bugs and Kisses

I was a little remiss with my posting last week and have therefore got behind with sharing my summer time cards for the current Crafty Boots Challenge.

This cute little couple is from Tiddly Inks - 'Bugs and Kisses'.  I coloured the image with Promarkers and mounted it on some gold and red card.

The backing paper are Stampin' Up and the daisies are from Wild Orchid Crafts.  The large butterfly die is from Memory Box and the small one Stampin' Up.  The sentiment and little dragonflies are from my stash.

There is still time for you to enter your summer time projects in this Crafty Boots Challenge.

Good luck.

  1. Awwww, so sweet Dionne! As I scrolled through the posts I missed, I saw your comment about the markers drying out. If you add a couple drops of rubbing alcohol inside the marker, would that help at all? Just curious, seems a shame to have to start from scratch. Hope you are enjoying your weekend. hugs :)

    1. Thank you Pamellia. I have never thought of rubbing alcohol, I shall have to get some and try it. Thank you for the idea.

    1. Thank you, it is so nice to 'hear' you say that. As you would have worked out, I have several favourite artists ... Saturated Canary, Mo's Digital Pencil, Tiddly Inks, A Day for Daisies, TeddyBo & Co and of course Delicious Doodles.

The digital stamps are so much cheaper than the rubber ones and you can change the size to suit your card, oh and they take a lot less space to store!
