Pearl Anniversary

I have another of my Crafty Boots Challenges Design Team card to share with you today.


I went for a very CAS look to this card, using one of Stampin' Up's Gorgeous Grunge stamps.  I created the background with distress inks.  The flat backed pearls and sentiment came from my stash.

This card may have a very simplistic look but it was an awful lot of fun to create.

    This is beautiful Dionne! I love the clean layout with the messy sort of background design, great combo! It almost looks like it's raining hearts, so cool!! hugs :)

    I recognise this and know the photo' doesn't do justice to your fabulous inked background. I love the idea of raining hearts too :) xx

      Thank you Lisette. I thought you might recognise this card, in fact I thought you might have wondered when it had got to!

      Really the card is all about the background, the stamp and pearl hearts were there for the ride. As you point out, the photo has not really shown it off that well.
